My Doula accompaniment starts a few months before your due date (I’m not offering any packet after week  35), as I really love to do deep work.

During the accompaniment, we will have between 2 to 5 prenatal meetings, those can be online or presence,and those depends on the distance and the packet that you choose (if I have some prenatal circles, you are welcome to be in them as part of the luxury packet).

1 or 2 belly massages for pregnancy are also part of the luxury packet, this are really to get to know you better, to help the baby to be in the right spaces and support the ligaments and muscles movements, but specially to get to connect with you and your beautiful baby.

 The first meetings are designed to talk about your wishes, feelings and emotions to cocreate together your vision. We will work with different tools and practices to raise awareness about the processes of Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum, from the physiological, physical, emotional, to the spiritual phases and during the rest of the meetings we will work with some techniques to release sensations.

Some Examples: The role of hormones and the wisdom behind them, different ways to give birth, positions, methods to create your own tools of power, how to be self directed, the somatic and traditional methods to realise trauma, strong feelings and anxiety, etc.

The last meeting before birth, is specially to check that everything is in order and that we have a clear vision of your birth plan and clear communication about our roles, and the importance of been self directed. I recommend you to have this meeting 3weeks before the due date.

For the time when the birth comes. I offer to be on call for 4 weeks (two weeks before due date and two weeks after your due date), and during this time it’s important to have a back up Doula, who will get to meet you before your birth and it’s gonna be on call in case that for some special circumstances I can’t be there or I need a rest (In cases of sickness or due a 14hrs max of service, then a back up doula will come to take care of you if need it) (normally is not need it, is just for security).

    During the Birth, I will be there, present, supporting all the process of the mother and family in the ways as is flowing, making sure that the birth plan is listened and respected. If we are at hospital or at home, we can create a sacred space for the family to give birth and welcomed the sacred soul into this place, and if resonates with you the lotus birth, we will have a talk about the placenta and I will take care of the baby’s placenta the first moments explaining to you how to do it before the birth, so if you want we can create the medicines and then you will do it by yourself.

It is important to understand that my main work is to give you support and find the ways to let you go into your personal journey to bring your baby earthside, beside your partner (if have it), and it is important to understand that my work is to undisturbe your bubble, and be there with you, taking care of your sacred space, making sure that your vision in there, and of course we will use the techniques and massages to give you comfort as long as you wish, but the inner work is the most important to follow your intuition, as you are the one guiding us and we are there to support you.

During the postpartum visit I will be there supporting the family in the new transition, helping as lactation counselor and listening to the experience of birth. In the luxury Packet, during the first month after birth I also offer the traditional postpartum mayan sealing treatment, which is not as intense as normally and it will depend on your birth experience and it lasts for maybe 2 hrs to 3.

The luxury packet also has some placental medicines to support your transition (2 tinctures, 2 homeopathic globules, if you want more, then is 80e more per product) and the print of your placenta if free of charge in any packet.

A Tens Machine is also part of the Luxury and Classical packets, starting 2 weeks before your due date, it doesn’t include the electrodes.

For the prenatal meetings it’s important for me that you come to my office which is nowadays at my place in Vantaa, before was at Kamppi and probably it will come again there in a few months, but due the actual situation it is at Vantaa, otherwise there is the choice to come to your place with a extra 30e charged to the normal price for each visit at your place or we can also meet at the Center if the intimate space is not needed for that meeting.

For homebirth it is importnat to have at list one meeting at your place and is free of  extra charge.

I also use to work with natural medicines to support your pregnancy, but also during the birth or postpartum (homeophatic, herbs, oils and tinctures are part of the Luxury Packet but not all of the ones needed, you will get a list of them).

Part of the Luxury packet are the borow of some books and cds or you can rent them for 15e each.

I also offer the rent of the birthpool labassine normal size for 100e.
